Warranty & Maintenance

A Warranty card is included with every purchase of Ammolite jewellery by IINII Canada that must be presented or proof of purchase from a IINII website/Authorized Dealer. Our Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for lifetime guarantee after inspections. We will repair or replace it at our discretion, at no charge, products or parts of the jewellery that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warrenty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper care or alterations of any kind such as sizing, gem replacing, platting and ect.

Warranty only applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from IINII Canada website/Authorized Dealer. To obtain warranty services, please contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  

 

• Ammolite is like any other gemstone, and should be treated with attention and care.
• Ammolite cannot be heated in any condition, please avoid hair dryers, hot tub, and ultrasonic cleaners. Any direct high temperature to Ammolite could damage and weaken the overall integrity of your jewellery
• Avoid over-expose to water
• Avoid hard impact and scratches to the stone
• Please store your jewellery in a jewellery box to avoid any dirct heat and impact.
• For cleaning Ammolite jewellery when it is needed. Please use clean room temperature water with mild soap and soft toothbrush/bristle brush, gently brushing the jewellery.
• Dry the jewellery with a microfiber cloth.
